Trail Care Crew Visit
In addition to the normal trail school and
construction projects, the Chattanooga Area Single Track Alliance
is working to make this a full weekend which will include group
rides on Friday and Sunday.
April 12th:
6:30 PM -IMBA Freeride Forum and Organizational
Presentation - IMBA Trail Care Crew will be visiting Chattanooga
and will be presenting a Freeride Forum about gaining access,
building the trails and managing the risks. Plan for a chance to
meet others interested in expanding Freeride. We would like to
invite SOFA members to attend this and tour the Raccoon Mountain
area currently being targeted for a Freeride area.

Chattanooga has done at Booker T
April 14th:
SORBA Main is promoting a SORBA wide work weekend
at Raccoon Mountain Saturday and Sunday. The goal is to complete as
much trail as possible and potentially complete the last section of
trail to complete the loop back to the East Overlook parking lot.
We need everyones help to make this goal happen. This will complete
approximately 16 miles of trails on the top of the mountain and set
the stage for phase 2.
